How Often Should I Get A Peel?

It varies from person to person. Ideally, get a low level (pumkin or glycolic) chemical peel every four weeks along with your medical facial because that's how long it takes the skin to regenerate. Try to have a deep chemical peel at least four times a year. You may need it more frequently if you are trying to clear up a case of acne, especially at the beginning. Otherwise, once a month is plenty.

MICRODERMABRASION

Microdermabrasion is the procedure in which the outermost surface of the skin is partially removed by light abrasion. It is also used in the treatment of fine lines, acne, acne scars, enlarged pores, and to improve the texture of the skin.

action tends to cause blemishes if
the skin tension is let up or uneven.
